F.N.B. To Acquire PVF Capital

F.N.B. Corp. (NYSE: FNB) will acquire PVF Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: PVFC) in an all stock deal valued at approximately $106.4 million. Shares of F.N.B. slipped 20 cents to close at $11.84 while PVF Capital stock soared $1.30 to close at $3.82. Related Stocks:
