Oracle To Acquire Acme Packet

Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) will pay a premium of approximately $1.7 billion in cash to acquire Acme Packet Inc. (Nasdaq: APKT). Oracle stock slipped 90 cents to $35.31 while shares of Acme Packet leaped $5.24 to $29.17. Related Stocks:
