J.C. Penney Downgraded

Credit Suisse downgraded J.C. Penney Company Inc. (NYSE: JCP) to an Underperform rating after the department store operator reported wider than expected third quarter losses on Friday. The stock price plummeted $2.67 to close at $17.97.
