Sonus To Acquire Network Equipment

Sonus Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: SONS) will pay approximately $41.3 million in cash to acquire Network Equipment Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NWK). Shares of Sonus eased 11 cents to $2.23 while Network Equipment stock climbed 14 cents to $1.32. Related Stocks:
