As Owner of Shirley’s Signing Service, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Shirley has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Established in 2003, Shirley’s Signing Service is a company which offers notarizations for a wide variety of clientele. Their mission is to make it more convenient for clients to get their documents notarized by scheduling appointments that fit the clients’ busy schedules. They contract with multiple loan agents that service clients in their area to ensure paperwork is notarized accurately and forwarded to the lenders in a timely manner. Shirley’s Signing Service covers the areas of Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, Howard County and Prince Georges County.

During her collegiate career, Shirley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Certification as a Notary Public. She is currently in the process of working towards her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Ashford University. Shirley is a member of the National Notary Association, American Notary Association, and the National Association of Signing Agents.
