Throughout his brilliant professional career, Matthew has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.

Mr. Wan serves as a Mortgage Development Manager with the National Bank of Canada where he is responsible for building relationships with clients and builders, specializing in made to measure mortgages, fixed rate mortgages, and capped rate mortgages, as well as mortgage options for the self-employed, roll over mortgages, home warranty programs and a revolving clause. Mr. Wan’s specialization, experience and expertise in finance are evidenced by his accomplishments, one of the most recent which includes improving overall insurance sales in a previous position.

By paying attention to details, listening to the client and setting goals Mr. Wan was able to achieve astonishing results and take the branch out of the bottom 5 percent and help it rank 5th out of a total of 98 branches within two months of being hired. During his collegiate career, Matthew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is currently in the process of pursuing a Master’s degree.
