Louise is an expert in the areas of human resources, labor relations, employment law, policy analysis recruitment, performance management, and budgeting who has been responsible for protecting company assets by ensuring cost-effective management of legal, labor and employee requirements. She has anticipated and avoided costly labor-related concerns, providing recommendations that were implemented system wide. Louise is known for reducing the risk of legal action from employees and cutting costs as well as providing sound advice and counsel to county and city government on employment policy and law.

In addition to her private practice as an attorney, Louise also serves as a Chief Policy Analyst for the City of Detroit. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Spelman College, graduating with Honors. She also earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. Louise is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, Wolverine Bar Association, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College.
