Robert Lelkes benefits from more than 20 years of practice in patent law in the United States as well as in Switzerland and Germany. Robert is a former US patent examiner who is also registered as a US patent agent. Additionally, Robert is a European Patent Attorney, via the European Patent Organization qualifying examination.

Robert Lelkes has a Juris Doctor degree in law and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, which he obtained from the Cleveland State University.
